Agreement. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a contract between you and Altrixa when you access Draxylonghap.world (the “Site”) or purchase Altrixa dietary supplements (“Products”). By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you read these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Site. Consumers retain mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived by these Terms.
1. Operator, eligibility, and product nature
Altrixa operates from Hämeenkatu 10, 33100 Tampere, Finland. Contact: chat@draxylonghap.world.
You must be at least eighteen years old and capable of entering binding obligations. If you purchase on behalf of a company, you warrant authority to commit that entity to these Terms.
Products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on the Site is general and does not replace individualized advice from qualified health professionals.
Advertising and Finland/EU marketing law. We aim to market Altrixa in line with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, EU Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair commercial practices as transposed in Finland, EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims, and Finnish food-information rules. The Site may include an inquiry form that does not itself complete a sale; binding terms of a specific purchase are confirmed at checkout or in order communications. Paid advertising platforms apply separate policies; listing this Site does not guarantee ad approval.
2. Orders, pricing, and acceptance
Product listings, prices, taxes, and availability may change until checkout is completed. A binding contract arises when we send you an order confirmation email, subject to fraud checks, payment authorization, and inventory confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, violate export controls, or breach quantity limits designed to protect other customers. If we cancel after payment, we refund the charged amount without undue delay.
Prices displayed for Finnish deliveries include VAT where required. International orders may show tax-exclusive pricing with duties and import VAT collected separately by carriers or customs authorities.
3. Payment, delivery, and risk
Accepted payment methods appear at checkout. You must provide accurate billing and shipping details. Title to Products passes according to Incoterms or carrier practice stated at checkout; risk of loss shifts to you upon delivery to the address you supply unless local mandatory law says otherwise.
If a parcel is damaged in transit, photograph the outer packaging and contact us within seven days so we can open a carrier claim.
4. Acceptable use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or restricted APIs.
- Use automated scraping, excessive requests, or mirroring without written permission.
- Upload malware, spam contact forms, or content that is unlawful, harassing, or misleading.
- Impersonate Altrixa staff, partners, or public authorities.
We may suspend access, remove content, or cooperate with law enforcement when misuse is detected.
5. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, copy, layout, and imagery on the Site belong to Altrixa or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to browse, print short extracts for personal reference, and share non-misleading links. Any other reproduction requires prior written consent.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowable, except statutory consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded in your country.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Altrixa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Site use or Product consumption. Our aggregate liability for direct damages relating to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order during the twelve months before the claim, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited.
7. Indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution
You agree to indemnify Altrixa against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, except where claims result solely from our willful misconduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would refer to another jurisdiction. Consumers may also rely on mandatory protections in their country of residence.
Contact us first to resolve disputes informally. EU consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform. Nothing prevents you from bringing proceedings in the courts of your habitual residence where EU law grants that right.
8. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective reference date. Material changes to fee-bearing services may require additional notice where the law demands. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay enforceable.
